I`m new to the boards but have been around yblocks for yrs. I want to know if some one has a tachdrive distributor or where to find one? Does Mallory still make one new? I want to put this in a 56 C600 truck. If this message is in the wrong place please advise.

Tach drive Mallory with '57 spec. mechanical advance, $600 from most T-bird parts supply catalogs.

I have also seen used Mech tach drive for trucks from that vintage, on EBAY. I don't know much about them. The tbird units are more scarce and more pricey of course. Truck versions have the tach drive and are probably single point.
