What is the cfm of a1957 Holley list 1273? Is this a good carb for a street Y block? Thank you very much!

I believe that the 1273 was either a 435 or 450 CFM. This was the regular carb used on 312's. It should be a good street carb.

A 1957 Ford 312 Thunderbird listed for sale on the Dupont Registry shows the air horn of a Holley with the # 1273 stating the car has the correct carb....Hope this helps..

They are good street carbs on a 292 or 312.
