I am trying to get a 3x2 setup running on my 272 55F100 but I have trouble with the throttle linkage is flexing when all 3 cabs are connected so it can’t pull them wide open! Any ideas for a fix

Best Regards
Klaus

Can't help with the linkage but I think I would put some clamps on the fuel lines... w00tw00t

What part on the linkage is flexing?

I would suggest a longer arm on the passenger side of the center carb.

it seems to be the pedal arm that is flexing

Does the progressive linkage work freely when not connected to the pedal? Pedal work freely when not connected to 3x2 linkage? Carbs working freely? Butterflies not sticking? Spring to stiff? Linkage binding anywhere?

Lotsa questions I know. Just throwing out things to check.

Question for Mods; Why do pictures download to my desktop when I open them? I'm not comfortable with something downloading to my computer without my permission...

Mastercylinder,
Attachments are files so when you click on it, you have chosen to download it in order to view it.  Most browsers have a setting so that the file will download immediately, to whichever folder you have chosen or to have a dialog box pop up so that you can confirm the download.

Thanks Charlie. I see that now. Guess I won't be opening any more "attachments" that are labeled JPG's from this site since I have know way to confirm what's in them. And I surely don't need someone elses pictures downloaded to my desktop (if they are indeed pictures). That's a really bad, in my opinion, way to view pictures. Some may be OK with that, I'm not.

It's a problem with the new software that they are working on. I understand your reluctance but I have never had a problem with any downloads from this forum. Occasionally we get a BS ad posted here but so far nothing bad. Chuck

Y's guys rule!
Looking for McCullouch VS57 brackets and parts. Also looking for 28 Chrysler series 72 parts. And early Hemi parts.

Haha, Except for the problem of downloading someones picture to my desktop. w00tw00t On other sites (The Ford Barn for example) attachments open in another page on their web site but never download to my computer.

The return springs may be a little stiff (one on each end carb) and the accelerator pump springs is also a little stiff.
