A friend is having trouble finding a clutch and pressure plate for a 57 Custom 3 speed (T-86 i think). Is it 10 spline 1 inch input and 10 inch disc?..  The parts stores must have obsoleted them. None of the usual NOS or repo parts suppliers seem to have them either

I had good luck having my disc relined by a local clutch shop here in TN, and the guy had a rebuilt pressure plate on the shelf so I just exchanged it. Took all of 1/2 hr and $80. I'll bet you have a similar outfit near you.

Fine spline or coarse spline? Try Summit Racing.

I got one for my truck from Carolina Clutch when none of the local or vintage Ford places could provide one.

Is an 11" clutch available and will an 11" pressure plate bolt up?

If all else fails, try South Bend clutch or Ft Wayne Clutch in Indiana. they both carry the 1" 10 discs.

I got mine from John Mummert. I don't think he shows them on his site but he does have them.  Dave V

Try Centerforce.  I have one of their dual friction units in two cars and very happy with them.  Expensive tho.  Jegs carries them, but you can find the right one on Centerforce's web site.

It looks like rebuilding the existing part is the best option..  11" with 1 " x 10 spline are hard to find
