Are there any other mods needed to do the swap? I know that in the truck conversion there is some geometry issues with the clutch fork.(thanks for the heads up Charlie) Is this an issue with the car conversion?

That is possible geometry issues when using a diaphragm clutch. A stock style long clutch may be ok. And if you are able to use the stock pressure plate, there should be no issues at all. See this thread for more info, http://forums.y-blocksforever.com/Topic15164.aspx?
