Hey guys I would like to put an external clutch slave cylinder on my t98a..it's out of a 63 f100,going into a 56 f100.
The reason I'm wanna do this is I plan on putting a hanging pedal assembly on my truck .

You'll need a '57 or newer bell housing and a slave cylinder for '57-'60 will bolt right up.

Thanks,I have the engine and trans out of the 63. You wouldn't have a link or know place to start.

Did you also get the bell housing from the '63?  That's what you need.

If not, post a want ad in the classifieds for the bellhousing.

Last time I checked, the slave cylinder can be bought through local parts stores.
