I have just pulled an engine and trans  out of a crown victoria.....The engine code is ...ECG- 60154    and the heads are  ECG-D....can anybody tell me what size and what year this is ......has spin on oil filter ,   with small two  barrel  carb ...plain jane , no power steering ,no power brakes , stick shift................Thanks to all ..Sam

Mummert site indicates that the block and head numbers you have given are a 272.

My Goof! I hit the wrong key. I checked my book again and it says 292 but 55.
