Was trying to install flywheel today on my 312 , I only get a maximum of 4 out of the 6 bolts to align no matter what position I try. The flywheel is the original but the crankshaft was replaced. I tried a second flywheel and get the same result. At least 2 holes look visibly off at all positions. Are there crankshafts out there that have missed drilled holes or do I need a different flywheels? It is a flywheel for an 11" clutch. Randy

All cranks are drillled the same. The flywheel will go on only in one position.

Sure helps when you put it on the correct way. Walked back to garage and when I looked at engine saw I put the flywheel on backwards, turned it around and all is good. Guess I had a brain fart the first time.

You are pretty lucky if that is the only brain fart you have ever had.

YES! Flatulence can be a regular problem I find as I'm getting older.
