I to was very disappointed with the numbers especially after reading the numbers on the mild engine Ted built for Karol Miller. The Offy is rated pretty low on every engine it's used and I found on a Buick nailhead site that a gentleman can work wonders with them. Buicks don't have have a lot of options for street rods and like Y-Blocks are more in favor today. I've often wondered if the guy could do the same for Y-Blocks. After reading of the flow problems I looked in one once and thought of using a holesaw and drilling threw into the lower chamber. Anyway I thought the article was bad and I hope someone will write and give them a little clue on haw the screwed up..
