I got this distributor in a box of stuff.   I haven't a clue what it goes too.    Mechanical tach drive,    3 threaded ports above the tach drive.   It has a ford authorized rebuilt sticker on it.

Any I.D. stamping on the bowl?

Looks like a big truck distributor with the upper portion missing.  Additional pictures would help in regards to the identifying the exact application.
 
How many teeth on the gear?
What’s the measurement from the block mount on the distributor body to the bottom of the gear?
What’s the O.D. of the distributor body where it goes into the block?

Might be a tach drive/governed carb distributor for a Big job truck with a Lincoln Y..   Does it have any markings?  A lot of them were made by Holley.. If you want one for parts let me know
