Made of the finest chinesium, no doubt. Are the new ones a major brand (Moog, Anchor-Doan, etc.)?

I don't know the brand. They came in a clear plastic bag. I called Concours Parts earlier and told them I was sending their mounts back, and there may be a few scratches but I want a full refund. The conversation got maybe a little heated. He said they had sold hundreds or possibly thousands of these same mounts and I am only customer to complain. Well, my mother always told me I was "special".

Hmmm, I'm wary of parts of unknown provenance. I suspect they may be mislabeled 6 banger mounts. I've dealt with Concours off and on for years and never had an issue. Arguing with a customer doesn't promote a good image.

Jack, let us know when the mystery is solved; don't keep us in suspense.

All suppliers say the same thing - "never had a problem before" , "your the first one" B.S. Jack Groat (11/8/2021)

I am glad you got it! I remember getting annoyed at the place I got my disc brake kit on my old '60 F100 because the wheels wouldn't clear the new calipers and I had to grind a little of each caliper off to make them fit. He said that I was the first one to complain- it didn't get heated, though. Well, 5 months later I was looking at some old hubcaps I had and it dawned on me that the previous owner had wheels from a '48 on this '60. Oooops. Never mind.
