At least the heads, manifolds, and rocker assemblies are in hand.  I have been looking for a set of "C" heads to mess with for a while, and these will fill the bill nicely, candidates for porting and reduction of cc to 66-68.

  If the guy would get back in contact maybe a deal could be worked out on the rest.  He probably thinks an arugument will take place since the agreement was $30 for the whole motor, but the thinking would be wrong.  Sad thing is the motor is now very exposed, and possibly will just decay until someone takes it to metal salvage.
