I bought a Felpro "full" gasket set for the inevitable rebuild of my 292 and found that I can only use about half of them. If anyone has a 239/256 (or whatever) and needs misc. gaskets (waterpump, intake, oil pump/tube, rope seal, vent filter, dist. seal, etc.) let me know before I toss them and I will send.



I spent all night combing the pass. parts books and STILL cannot I.D. some gaskets (I assume they are truck-specific): thin valve covers with tabs and a one barrel/5 bolt carb. base?
