I'm assuming the Ford script and the number '64' are on the tailend of the camshaft?  I'd suggest looking for an intake and exhaust lobe that's not wiped out and at least measuring for lobe lift.  Just measure on the edge of the cam lobe in question at both the base circle and the maximum lift points and see if you come up with something close to 0.272" for the intake and 0.285" for the exhaust.  If you come up with anything close to these, then the specs match up to the '57 model 2V and 4V camshafts.

If you need the opening and closing specs, I've got these.
