Bill spray the base where it goes into the block with WD40 or PB blaster. Let it soak for an hour or two. try to turn it to break it loose. Frank

Like Frank said, spray it down good (P B blaster is great stuff) and if it still doesn't move, take a small pipe wrench and try to work it back and forth and spray it again. I had one that I worked on for two days off and on, before I got enough of the crud cut loose to get the dist out.
