Any of you guys know what this fits?  It is a V8 and it has a short hex drive for the oil pump.

hey tim hows it going? well we both know that you know a hell of alot more than me about Y-blocks (hell i learned most of what i know about them from you over on the HAMB) but i can tell you it looks exactly like the two dizzys i pulled off of C2AE blocks.. well, that one is much cleaner though

It has too many teeth to be a Y-block - unless some of the heavy duty Ys used a different arrangement. I can see 16 teeth. It's probably a 20 or 21 tooth gear.



From the text, I can tell the seller doesn't know what it is. It's a d3hf-12127-m body in a box labeled c3tz-12127-mx.

It looks like it fits the 477, 534 truck engines that was used from the early 60's until the 70's. We had one of them. It got gallons per mile instead miles per gallon.

It's a bargain for someone who can use it. Fred Jones was the authorized rebuilder that supplied Texas in those days and their rebuilds were good as a new ones.
