Can anyone help with how to delete some private messages in the inbox without deleting all of them.  I have attempted to figure this out and don't seem to be able to accomplish it.  Thank you, Charlie Central Fl.

Hi Charlie, Go to your inbox and on the bottom right side is a window with an arrow . Click on arrow and you get a drop down menu. Select delete and then select messages you want to delete on the little box on the left side of the message then click go, and they're gone.

Hi: re deleting some items in "In Box". Is the box referred to on the left, the envelope box? Nothing happens there. I got thru the drop down "delete" o.k but tried to highlight & went to "go", without success. Sorry, I'm not getting it obviously..

Paul, Scroll down to the empty window at bottom of page to the right and click arrow then click on "move to: deleted items, scroll back up and click the box at the right of the items to be deleted, scroll back down and click on "with selected" and then click "go".

I hope this helps,  Charlie

Charlie: That seems to work, although when I went back to it, after deleting one & selected another, it stalled for some reason. But I've had stalls on here before. Possibly the site is down briefly for what ever reason. Thanks

Paul
