Can anyone who has used Granada disc brakes on a 55-56 Ford tell me what front hoses(vehicle application) did you use or what did you do for hoses. The existing hoses are too small fitting for the calipers.Did you have to move the existing steel lines where the flex hoses meet steel line? Thanks for any input or suggestions/tips.

Mark, I had the same issue with my discs . I had some hoses made to fit . I could have hunted some down but I got braided line and had NAPA make me some. Dont know if theres anyplace in Canada that will do that. Maybe and older parts place . Not Canadian Tire! Get me some measurements and I can have some made here if you get stuck. Take Care Friend. I got bit by the software while answering this, but here is the second try:

I used the ss flex lines and earl's fittingson my 54 with the Granada conversion as I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying 100 different rubber hoses.

The line I used was AN#3 x 16" (measure for your application) adapter AN# to 3/8-24 which is the 3/16 brake line fitting (# 989543), banjo (997634) and banjo bolt-7/16-24 (977522)

I used a set of universal stainless, braided flex hoses from Paul Horton's Rod Shop in Canada. They have banjo style fitting as opposed to the straight fitting on the Granada rubber hoses. Interesting enough, they were cheaper than the stock hoses at Napa and I feel safer with the stainless braid over rubber!  Unfortunately I cannot remember the part # but they are available at most hot rod shops. I love the smell of burning rubber in the morning!
