Glen

try not to kill yourself trying to get it in the car as fast as you can. You won't be able to wipe the smile off you face for at least a week!

OK she is home safe and sound.

I have a ton of eye candy that Ted gave me, as soon as I get it downloaded, I'll post more. I also have a dyno vidio with sound, I'll post if I can figure out how too. I may have to get Charlie to help with that.

Here’s the dyno sheet for Glen’s 337” Y.  This should make the Falcon a real bird of prey.

Yes RB, getting excited. Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise, we will be in Columbus.

Ted emailed me a dyno sheet, but dumbass me can't figure out how to convert it from a pdf file to a format that can be posted to the forum, so for now I'll just give the top numbers.

H/P 415.4 @ 6000

TQ 400.8 @ 4700

He was still working with it friday so these numbers may change a little. He was finding that carb spacers were making a huge difference, I'll let him talk about that later. He was having a problem getting the idle down to where he wanted it, but some of that may be the Isky 505 T cam, it was at 1200 rpm and he though that it should be around 1000rpm.

This engine is very basic, so I am well pleased with these numbers.

292 block, 312 crank = 337 ci

mild ported posted G heads (stock dia valves)

Wiseco forged pistons (13 to 1 cr)

Isky 505T cam (Dove rockers)

Mummert intake (stock out of the box)

Eaton modified 750 vac sec Holley carb (830 cfm)

OK, WE ARE MAKING SMOKE!! I talked to Ted today, he had made 5 or 6 pulls and after some set backs with a water leak,  was over 400 hp @ 6200 and he is still tuning on it! I'll be heading out there Sunday so I can be setting in his driveway bright and early Monday morning.
