I have a 57 Fairlane body.  I have found a approx 60-62 f-250 with a y-block 292 sitting on the back of a junkyard.  What problems will I have putting this engine with a c-4 in the 57

John Mummert Machine in CA offers the C4 adapter kit for about $500. And a T-5 for about $200. A Fordomatic is a bolt in. Not to discourage you, but a 62-64 engine originally had low compression, small intake valve heads. This assumes the heads are original ? You can link to John's site at ford-y-block.com to check head casting #s. Good luck with the conversion..
