I have been usins the search option for a couple nights I can't find what iam looking for, so Ill ask.

I have ran engines on test stands before. but never a 6 volt positive ground system. What is the best way to wire one up to break in a new motor? This is on my 1955 272 we just finished rebuilding...Thanks

The best person to ask technical questions about 6 volt stuff would probably be Randy Rundle at http://www.fifthaveinternetgarage.com/ (785) 632 3450

I just changed my car from 6 volt to 12 volt and he had all the answers to all my questions and is a really nice guy. He has everything you need if you want to keep your car 6 volt and your headlights bright! Give him a shout.

If you have a 12 coil, you can run it on 12 volts neg. like all the others.  That is, if you don't need the generator to charge.
