Can anyone tell me what is the heat range on a  BTF6 plug compared to an Autolite 45?

 Hotter or colder?                                        Thanks

Hi Bud,  According to my Autolite catalog, the BTF6 crosses to their #46, so it should be hotter than a #45.  Have fun, Nick Brann - K.C., MO

Nick, the info you have been able to hand out with your Autolite catalog made me order one.  Older, 1981, but hopefully will be helpful.  It is 115 pages!

Hi Mike and All,  I'm glad to help with plug information and cross-references if I can.  I've got the following plug catalogs for reference:  AC/Delco, Autolite, Bosch, Champion, Motorcraft, and NGK.  Some of these are a little old.  The problem is that the companies change numbers and sometimes it gets hard to get a proper cross-reference.  Also the cross-references are just a guideline, they are not 100% accurate.  So let me know if you need info, I'll try to help.  Nick Brann, K.C., MO
