Many of you remember that I went thru a time of poor health due to bladder/gastro/prostate problems.( during the Y block shootout in 2009)



Last week I had an emergency Apendectomy It didnt rupture, but the pain I felt you'd have thought it did. It was a pain like I never felt before.



Anyhow I'm doing better, still off work, still hurting a little,
