Here's my wYfe in all her glory. If she knew I was posting this photo, she would kill me. I had my daughter take it for me without her knowing. When I got home with my sunliner and was ready to put it in the garage, I needed someone to take the wheel while I pushed the car into the bay. Who should show up at the door but my lovely wife, still in her nightgown that morning!
I had better put in a better photo of what she looks like,,, just in case she sees this thread. Here is one at a NASCAR Race down in Richmond a couple of years ago when Mark Martin started running chebbies (still a fan of his, I know, I know, let the rants come!)
Wow! I need to resize that photo! A little too big...yep - Dupont had given us the royal treatment that day...my buddy had quite a bit of paint products and a LOT of dough invested in their company! hence the 24 paraphanalia... Anywho, today the poor woman stayed in the house on our day off just shampooing carpets and making the meals. I, on the other hand, spent most of the day out in the garage getting a lot done on the 4 door frame for my body dolly. I got the body completely void of anything that bolts to it, and I even started cutting off sheet metal sections. The floor pans, ironically, are excellent, as is the trunk pan which I will use for the Sunliner. Here is a photo of my plan to put a little tow dolly with a ball/hitch up front so that I can move it around the garage and the driveway when I need to.

I don't want to get into an argument about who's wife is the best but Kathy can hold her own with the best of them.
She helps at the drags!
she also makes a good engine model!

I don't know if I posted this at the time. But you're wife pushing your Y powered FED was one of my favorite parts of those videos Tim. Both of you should count your blessings that your wives support your addiction.

Well enjoy it while you can, thirty years ago my wife helped me wrestle a complete 9 inch rear end out of a car, and lots of other projects along the way, now she says "can't we pay somebody to do that".

Awe, c'mon, Tim. 30 years from now, I will only be 67 - that will put you around...let's see...65 right!?!? No time like the present to get going and moving on your projects! Wait until my munchkins get a little bit older. That son of mine already hates "chebbies" and thinks a Y block is really cool, especially the sound it makes. I have got to post a photo of the scrub wheel cover he found at my dad's property, buried in the ditch. He picked it up and said he was bringing it home. I said ok, and then, after a week, I find him pounding on it with a 4 lb sledge hammer out in the yard (crushing the bowtie in the middle) and then he hung it up on a tree to use for bb gun target shooting! The 7 year old kid is NUTS!

I told Kathy what I posted and she said "you better still be doing it in 30 years, just look at Gene Wittin" (she ment Winfield) so if The good Lord keeps me on this earth that long I guess I'll still be at it. I'll be 77 BTW. As for the 7 year olds, they're all nuts.
