This may be a basic question, but with my luck, I though it would be best to ask the experts before doing the modification I have in mind.
There it goes:
I rebuilt my 292 Y back in '09, and I installed a Isky E-4 cam. Like the stock rocker arm assemblies were great, I decided to keep the original rockers (5751066, that have 1,43 ratio) on.
My engine also has a set of Clevite Pistons, flat top, 0.040 over, flush with the deck.
I was given by a friend two complete rocker arm assemblies, rebuilt by 4 Star engines in Kansas, that are like new. The ratio is 1,5
Can this swap cause any problem to my engine? Basic question I know, but it's better to be safe tha sorry.
Thanks for your time guys.

Go ahead and use the 1.5 rockers, no problem.

JMO, I think you are probably safe but, it never hurts to verify a few things. You do not specify what your valve springs are for example. Check that you will not compress the springs to the point of coil bind. Check the valve stem seals for adequate clearance to the spring retainers (also at full lift). And finally check valve to piston clearance. Again, these are probably within acceptable limits but it is easier and cheaper to check now than to repair later!

Tulio, check to make sure that all of the rockerarms are the same ratio. Look at the casting number on the side of each rocker arm. EAN are FoMoCo '54 or '55 units and are 1.43 ratio. 5751066 are also FoMoCo, but '58 - '64 vintage and 1.43 ratio. FoMoCo '56 and '57 rockers have the casting letters ECG and are 1.54 ratio. NOTE: the production years that I've listed were for here in the U.S. Rockerarms with other casting letters or numbers are aftermarket replacements and, in my limited experience, are 1.43 ratio. I have run into rockerarm shafts with mixed ratio rockerarms on them! The most surprising example of this was a freshly remanufactured 312 done by a Ford authorized rebuilder back in the early '80s! OUCH!

Thanks for the answers guys!!
My heads are stock Brazilian heads that you guys in the USA can buy from Obsolete, or Dennis Carpenter as NOS parts. I only intslled double valve springs to go with the Isky E-4, but no machining was needed, and I'm using the stock valve seals with no problem.
In fact, the rockers are good at the shaft contact point, the shaft itself is good, as I disassembled and cleaned everything, but the contact point between the rockers and the valves all have some wear, making valve lash adjustment a pain. That is the main reason I was happy with the 1,5s.
I'm waiting them to arrive trough mail, and will have them installed.

NoShortcuts,
All rockers produced in Brazil for Y-Blocks have 5751066* on them. There is also a *182 and *190 engraved at both sides of the adjusting screw housing.
Like Y-Blocks were also produced in Argentina, Ford also installed Argentine rockers on engines. The part number is C3TE-6564-82.
Those are also 1:43 rockers, and I saw lots of engines with them mixed with Brazilian rockers on the same shaft, from the factory, don't ask me why.
Looks like Ford did have two manufacturers, one in Brazil, and other in Argentina, and they did use both on both contries.
If we had 1,54 ratio rockers here, I have no doubt engine rebuilders would manage to mix them with the 1,43.
