I stumbled across this yellow 57 pickup. getting prepped for Bonneville.

Really cool!.. Does anyone here know of this guy? We need a story on this truck. Check it out

You guys need to have a look at:

They'll be firing up again in about 6 or 7 days for record runs - or simply to get into the 130 MPH club - which I think is a "do-able" thing for a Y-block sedan or T-bird. Upper speed limit is 150 for this class - or they spank you and senf you home. Cage rules aren't too bad in the "street" sedan divisions - have to have speed rated tires and some plain ol' smart safety equipment - but they give you the checklist right on their website.
