glrbird (9/24/2013) Hey Tim
Are you using the orgional style gas tank? Is there a pump or still gravity? You have had a good year, enjoy crusing in the spring weather.Yes, using the original tank and yes there is a pump. That's why you see two lines running down and a pressure regulator.

ian57tbird (9/25/2013) Nice work. I like your detailing on the fuel lines. We're not allowed to use copper lines here, as the theory is they will work harden and fracture. Personally I don't think it is an issue, but the powers to be do.Thank you. Copper does work harden but you will notice that all copper lines are rigid and there is a flex line from the firewall to the engine. Should work OK.

Sorry to over simplify but the car came with a clear title, pink slip, and I transferred to my name. It's a 1930 Model A Ford and it will be insured as one with hull coverage in the amount I choose. That's all. No fenders, no problem.

Talkwrench (10/10/2013) Sooo where's the 4 banger??! Damn you guys have got it easy ! If we do any mods to our cars and it falls out of "basic" guidelines the insurance company has a way out.. .No insurance cover! Plus if the cops pull you up and you dont have certifcates of modification, you'll get a red sticker on your car and there it stays!. The "Banger" is still in the old chassis, thinking of doing something with all of the leftover stuff when this is done. Sorry to hear you guys have so much trouble with reg. and ins. I'm afraid we are headed that way but for now I'll take it like it is.
