Don't know anything about builder or seller, and while the design is not perfect correct (ie. distributor location) it's pretty amazing.  Apparently he built many, as other engines are for sale also. Looks like it won't come cheap.

I've seen this guys work before and some of the others out there. It is phenomenal to me. But maybe to a guy who does machine work everyday it's all the same just smaller.

So far the price I see is nothing for all that work IMHO, but it will surely go higher.

Lots of these kind of things on UTube. This is the first yblock I've seen though.

Thanks for posting

AND happy bidding!!

I wasn't going to say anything about the dizzy, but if you look at the other items for sale, the detail on the other engines seems much better. There's another that would be more convincing as a Y with the exhaust flange and distributor location and such but it's identified as a Ford Chevrolet engine, whatever that means. Lots of neat stuff, though.

Looks more like a small block Ford with two studs on each valve cover. I don't think the Y-Block was a thought at all in this design

I agree completely. Also, there are cooling lines to each cylinder bank and the valley is wide open. It does have a Y shape from the rear view, but that's about the only thing resembling a real Y block.

Sold, Sold, Sold, if I had $7700 I'd spend 7500 on horsepower and save 200 for new tires.
