Hi Bob, If that's the '57 from Minot, ND it's a 292 with Overdrive and the emblems are just stick on plastic and should be easy to remove. Nice score on a Thunder Road classic!

Nice 57. One of my best fried had one that color back in the early '60's. It was originaly a 312 auto. He put a mild cam in it and a 3 speed all syncro out of a Galaxie. With a 3.89 grear it ran pretty good. My 58 292 could not keep up with it. My next car, 57 Bird 312 that I still have did better.
