I'm sure this has been discussed before too, but right now couldn't find answer. I'm installing ARP rod bolts to EBU connecting rods and having clearance issue with bolt heads. There just isn't space enough to get the bolt head down to it's seat. So, is it normal issue with these bolts and is it ok to grind bolt head to fit?

Had the same problem. Just grind the arc on the head a little closer to the bolt. Don't remove any more than you have to and keep it smooth.
