How do you get the face off the clock to replace the lens on a 57 T-Bird or 56 Fairlane? (same clock) Thanks, Lex

Once the clock is removed you will see that the front housing is held to the clock mechanism by a series of crimps. Once the front housing is removed you will see an inner ring which holds the lense in place on the front housing again utilizing crimps in the outer housing. Once removed and separated it will be obvious.
