I was suppose to pick up the car on Friday and have not received the phone call to pick her up and I've been busy with work so I’m going to calling the guy tomorrow to see when it will be done I know that he is probably having a bit of a problem setting up the pedal pressure on the transmission because I am using a custom linkage I made in auto shop in about 10min to switching the 2bbl to a 4bbl to take the car to the drag races before the track closed for ever. When the engine gets rebuilt I’m going to switch the linkage over t a Lokar set up real clean looking

The easiest way to size the picture is to use a program such as photorazor to make it smaller.

You can then store the picture in your photobucket account and it looks like you know how to do the rest.

Photorazor is easy to use. Several people on this site use it, including myself. Oh, and it's free. Just google it.



There are other methods which can make it appear smaller but doesn't actually reduce the size.

i should have probably switched it a c4 but i didn't want to really work on it. hin side i will most likely do the swap though thanks for the detailed pictures because my engine is so crappy and dirty i never new there was a port for water temp on the back of the head I'm going to block off the one I'm using now off the water pump and use the one on the head to hide the wire and make the engine bay that much cleaner my goal is to have no wires be seen in the engine area just chrome and engine. I called the guy today and he said it should be done in the next day or too. I'm in no true rush, he is a one man shop with one lift so he finished the last car and now my car should be done soon i cant wait to drive her again and after the engine gets rebuilt i probably may not drive my new car as much!

Hah, I would have never noticed, glad you pointed that out!. Back in the 70's I worked at a bike shop for a couple of years and I saw hundreds of those kickstand plates. I know exactly what they are. I bet some version of them are still in production and available. check you local bike shop good to know.

Nice lookin' wagon. Where did you get the black braided hose coverings? I've only seen the color stuff and don't much care for it. The black looks cleanand good for that wire bundeling task as well.

Does anyone know of a vacumm heater control valve that can be mounted inline like the one in the picture? I have to get mine off the intake to make room for the McCulloch bracing. Thanks, Chuck in NH
