I don't think any other engine manufacturer uses 9/16 fine thread damper retaining bolt so make sure it will work on that thread size.Someone else on the site purchased one and than found it would not work as-is because of the 9/16 fine tread required to work on a Y-Block.If you have a damper puller you may be able to do something with it to use as an installer.

I just took long grade 8 9/16 fine thread bolt and ran the threads right up to the head of the bolt. It works great and didn't cost much.

I got mine at NAPA several years ago and it had all the necessary adapters for the Y block.

I have this one and while I have not used it to install mine yet I can you the bolt holes are too far apart to remove the damper.

Here's what I used. 9/16 thread stock from McMaster Carr, cut to length and synched down with bolts and washers. The picture shows two bolts, but it actually only uses one. It screws into the crankshaft and the bolt on the end of the stock pushes the balancer on. The extra bolt on there is just to keep my washers from falling off.
