The story goes like this: purchased a Mummert blower cam from Jerry Henry. Installed new lifters and said cam last month, been working on projects and decided to button this one up for the display motor. Did the break in period early evening. Minor issues such as an oil pressure gauge that went out on me, stuck on 15 psi or so (thank you, Sunpro), Eastwood header coating burned off a little too much for my liking, oil pan leak I did not expect (crank flange and rear main seal cap dry on this one, go figure), and to top it all off, my JB weld radiator decided to pee all over the floor!
What an ending. The cam sounds super, and the engine really responds and will rev pretty high. Didn't want to risk it too much with stock valve train though.
