About issue of bending push rods. I now found one possible reason as our pushrods had been rubbing push rod holes in the heads. I now opened those holes a little. Is this a conflict with Harland Sharp roller rockers and ECZ-C heads or something else, I don't know. Also, with these heads we had one push rod hole fixed with tube in it and also with huge bulge due too long intake attaching bolt screwn in someday. That may have also hit to one push rod. I just grinded that off now. Has this fix been done at the factory is not sure, but it looks like it could have been fixed there. Here is pics about my findings...

And then picture of valve spring base which is rubbed by the spring. I will now put a hard steel spacer under the valve springs to avoid that...

Next race 18th of May this year if snow has melted from the Motopark track .

They do sometimes have an issue with the pushrods rubbing the heads. Maybe after lots of milling? Every one of mine must just barely touch because about half way down, there is a polished area. But I haven't had problems with pushrods bending. I plan to address this like you did whenever I have the heads off again.

Yes, we had that polishing issue too and it may well be caused by head gasket opening too. It's a close call.
