This is what a p.o. has done to ensure oil supply to the rockers
Possibly unnecessary these days with 360* cam bearings, but interesting, and neat.
Tee into oil gallery
1/4 copper line runs behind block
runs through hole drilled in rear of valley. Pipe is just siliconed.
hole drilled in rocker oil feed gallery.
Pipes appear to be interference fit.

I have done similar thing by just joining one side to the other, useing 1/8" NPT brass fittings to ensure pipes seal, usually is oil pressure to at least one side if no oiling to one side problem.
