In the process of rebuilding my generator, I find the pulley-end shaft is worn enough that the inner bearing race is no longer a tight enough fit to keep it from turning. The only easy fix I can think off would be to hand knurl the shaft a bit with a hammer & screwdriver before I press on the new bearing. Anyone got a better idea?
