What is the difference between the ECZ9435A and ECZ9435B

The number should be 9425.  A is for the tea pot 4 barrel.  B is for modern 4 barrels.  Either will make a nice upgrade over your current 2 barrel intake.  The A is usually a good bit cheaper.  The B will have the most potential of the two.  Adapters are available for the A manifold so that you can use a newer carb.  And don't forget to change the distributor to match the new carb, if you have not already done that.

Your correct Charlie, it is 9425 on both. My mistake in typo. Im hung up on that darn spacer I need under carberator to route pvc from valley pan. I have a two barrell three bolt now and dont seem to be having any luck getting an option to the carberator.

Darrell, if you go the 4 barrel route you could very well end up with a manifold with a vacuum port,  a carb with a vacuum port and a spacer with a vacuum port.  Significantly increases your options.

Thats an awesome spacer. The link is for a Flathead, will that fit a Y block intake?

It will fit a Y-Block.  You will want to find out the size of the npt thread.  It looks like 1/8 to me which probably will not be sufficient for a 3/8 hose nipple.  I also don't like that it is open.

Charlie, I would think the hole could be redrilled and threaded to 3/8, the block is 1" thick. No?  What do you mean when you say you dont like that its open? Oval instead of two seperate holes? Just looking at the picture, if the block is 1' thick, it looks like the threaded hole is about 1/2 the diameter of the thickness of the block. I will call them Monday and see what it is, keeping in mind I could enlarge it. But I still need to understand what you dont like about being open.

Darrell I only used that one as a example. There are many more available. It's made out of aluminum so you should be able to drill and tap it to the size you require easily. You can also get two holers if you wish. Two Hole Spacer You will have to drill your own hole in this one. Ensure your 'hole' connects both ports to burn your blow by on both sides.
