FE engines are the 332, 352, 390, 427 line of engines.  They use the same pump as a Y Block. I have not seen a replacement part for the glass bowls. , But you might try Job Lot Automotive  718-468-8585

Thanks Paul,

Then and now has the rebuild kit. Im still waiting to hear if they have access to a glass bowl. Not sure what you mean by an FE pump but I would spend the $5.95 to find out. What is the source for that? That glass bowl is a replacement part?

Thanks Kevin,

My fuel pump is off an F-250. The filter is listed under an F-600. The thread seems to be going in the direction of me having a car pump on my truck?

The 55-56 T bird inline filter eliment will not fit in the car fuel pump bowl. The bird filter is wider than the pump bowl, save the $5.95

You probably know the the Car  Bure ter  is a Carter pump.  I would check with the old car parts suppliers to see if the pump is still available (NAPA carries a lot of stuff but not everything).  Probably made by Airtex now.

The Tbirds used a remote filter with a replaceable element and had the glass bowl.  I wouldn't be surprised if that element fit the sedan's pump.  It only cost 5.95 to find out.

I know you want the original look, but the FE pumps interchange with the Y Blocks.  And certain ones have a filter (that points down) with a replaceable element.

You do not want to use a paper filter with Ethanol. The alcohol will dissolve the glue holding it together with obvious results.

Ditto on "Then and Now Automotive" ... I have rebuilt several of our Y block fuel pumps with his kits and they work very well. Remember that those fuel pumps can be completely disassembled. I dont' think it was until the early 60's that fuel pumps became "once and done" for the backyard mechanic.
