Thanks John, that's what I was looking for. I'd seen the 2" bolts mentioned somewhere before.
Cutting them to size is not an option for my car. That might be OK for a daily driver.

If you are using the 1/2 inch spacer under the carb, then you need studs that are 2 inches long. Without the spacer you need 1 1/2 inches long. They are coarse thread on the manifold end and fine thread on the top end. 5/16 diameter.

Buy them long and cut them to the exact size.

It's the "little longer" part that I need to know. My luck they will either be too long or not long enough. They also appear to have different thread pitches on each end. I've also seen a few different lengths mentioned and that is why I am looking for a more exact length. Is there a good vendor out there that would sell the correct bolts without shipping charges that are three times the cost of the bolts?

Just pull one from the A manifold and go to a hardware store and get longer ones.

I am missing the 4 studs for the manifold carb base. The ones form my A manifold are too short. I will be using the correct carb spacer. Does anyone off hand know the proper length of these studs?
