What type of oil is best for the t-98 I have heard 80w-90 or 50w which is recommended and how much?

I have one of those!  Mine had regular 80W-90W in it.

I'm not using it now but I think if I was still using it I would use Mobil 1 75W-90 

The last manual trans I switched shifted so nice with synthetic, I will never go back to mineral oil in a manual trans.
