What's your tire pressure?  radials should be around 32 to 35 PSI.  I have been told toe-in on radials should be Zero

Been there too with my pick-up.  Page 268 of the '55 Car shop manual has a trouble shooting guide that lists 16 possible causes of "wander" in probable order of occurrence.  #1 is tight spindle bearings.  Camber low is #3.  # 2 is tire pressure.

Jim..........You need more positive camber. The way it's set now will cause a lot of wander.A little more toe-in would be OK too. That is plenty of caster.Does it come back to center really quickly?Radials do require a little more caster than the factory settings due to the fact that they have so much less rolling resistance than bias plies.
