I believe that the the intake porting sizing is the same for all of the '57-'64 intakes used on y-block equipped FoMoCo cars and trucks.
Check on this, though... IF the intake manifold is from a y-block heavy duty truck engine application, I THINK the truck intake does not have the choke heat tube running through the underside of it. Certainly not a big deal. -You could use a manual choke or an electric choke instead of the hot air activated bi-metallic spring type carburetor choke.
On the intake manifold, look for the choke heat tube hole behind the exhaust crossover port and below the carb mounting surface on the driver's side, and between the 'feet' that are used to clamp the passenger side exhaust crossover port to the cylinder head. No holes, no choke hot air heat tube.
