I went with a longer bolt.  I like to use as many threads as possible, especially on the crank.

I am installing ford power  steering on my 1956 Meteor 272, I have the crankshaft pulley for the 2nd fan belt to run the ps pump. Will I need a longer bolt to install the 2nd pulley or will the stock bolt do the job. I have been told both . I have been unable to locate a longer bolt so am a bit confused at this point.
Thanks Gerry
