I second Al's welcome. Glad you quit lurking and joined us. And you cannot imagine the collective knowledge on this site. To use Radio Shack's old slogan, "You've got questions, we've got answers". Unlike RS, the answers you get from these guys are not just a guess! (I can say that as I worked for RS for 11 years here in Ft. Worth!)

WELCOME! duckman and thanks for the intro. It would be cool if this site had a rule for intros, like the H.A.M.B. site. A lot can be found here and if you haven't figured it out yet GO BACK to the original site for all the old posts. Lots more there too! You can post pics and info about yourself in your profile.

Hello- I've just registered after lurking for quite some time. I am sincerely amazed at the collective knowledge on this site. The Y-block is uncharted territory for me, so I hope you'll bear with me as I attempt to learn more, and eventually get started on my 312 rebuild and then, hopefully, properly complete it. It will then go in a '57 T-bird (The Duck) I'm currently finishing up the bodywork on and looking to have in paint soon. Thanks for Having Me... -Duckman-
