Ok, this'll be my last question re the 4000 series 4 bbl carbs
I have a line on a set of original E code carbs (unlike my modified carbs).
I'd like to know where I might find info or list numbers that would
correspond to whatever is correct. The carbs in question have been on the
shelf for 30+ years, still on the original manifold, I'm told.
Sorry for all the bother
Jim

There is a possibility that the pair could be from the 56 Race Kit which also used the 4000 series carbs. Those would be a pair of
EDB 9510 and ALSO SOMETIMES STAMPED BACKWARDS FROM HOLLY AS
EBD 9510
List 1268
If you come across the 56 carbs and manifold and want to sell them, please contact me at

Hello John,
Just a slight correction on the 1956 dual 4 barrel carbs. The LIST number is 1268  (Ford # EDB-9510-C).

Sal
Thanks for keeping me straight.
Now corrected in my original post.
Going from memory as I am a long ways away from my cars.
