I recently accidentally put a hole in my radiator so I am looking at a new one. Up to what year do ford f100 radiators fit my 63 f100?

Have you tried a radiator repair shop? Should be able to fix it unless you really did a job on it.

It's already been repaired on top and I and I don't know if it might start leaking on me all of a sudden.

I think it is only '61-'64 that will be a direct swap, and there is a difference between I6 and V8.  You can special order factory looking radiators from the usual vintage Ford places and aluminum radiators are available.  I've seen Chinese ones on eBay and there are lots of places that can build one in the USA.

Champion Radiators lists an aluminum that fits either a 6 or V8 for just over $200. I have had one in a 55 Bird for a few years now with no problems.
