Supercharged Group: Forum Members Last Active: 2 days ago Posts: 876, Visits: 13.4K	Is it possible to use a later model starter on a 312 Ford (1957)? I see that a starter from a 1967 390 fits, however if I remember right the teeth on the ring gear will not match. Cliff
