you may need one that has two more teeth for 10mph.  Usually one tooth is good for about 5 MPH

My speedometer is reading 10mph faster then what we are really going. Is there a fix for this and how would I fix it, aslo I am putting new lockout hubs on and is there any special too needed to do this or just swap them out? Thanks for the help

The truck is a 1964 3/4 4x4 with a 292
