There is someone who put over 600 photos on the HAMB site. Both truck are in the collection. There are some great photos of the cars parked outside the buildings on Saturday.

I didn't get any. My knee was really acting up and I didn't get around much. I did have Tim's sedan parked in my "garage" overnight to get it out of the RAIN! Crappy day Sunday. But I had a great time. Chuck

For respect there are two Y-block land speed record cars invited to be in the SCTA building at the Grand National Roadster Show. Tim and Charlie are both here and getting a lot of attention.

No offense taken at all. I completely agree with you on the scrubbies getting too much attention. If we all agreed on everything it would be a boring hobby.

62bigwindow, With all due respect, I will have to disagree. By that logic, Amos Minter has done more damage than anyone. I've seen his birds go for $150-$300K. Personally, I'm tired of th scrubbys gettin all the $. Just one mans humble opinion. Rowen

Not really sure that was a good thing. Good if your selling but not too good for the average car buff. A few more examples like that and all the rich folk will be standing around with there wallets out. Good luck getting one after that. That's one of the reasons I dislike Barrett Jackson. It's a rich man's game and it's ruining it for all of us.

To me the car is absolutely beautiful and I like accessories added to a car that's period correct. I personally like the Kelsey style wires and run them on my cars as well, the drawback for me is their harder to clean than regular wheels.

Whew! That car had every "Kentucky Go-Faster" known to mankind on it (About the only thing missing was a coon tail)!  Not to mention the unfortunate color combination.....To each his own, but I prefer a car without all the gee-gaws, gimmicks and whizz-bangs.

What I don't get is the Millers are noted as first class 57 Ford restores , but they put 1962 Thunderbird wire wheels on a 57 and call it completly restored.
